Taking my first steps into the Stanley Park Rose Garden, with the smell of freshly bloomed flowers, and the light pink colours of the cherry blossoms, you knew that Spring was officially here. It was early enough that only a few tourists were forming for our Stanley Park engagement photos with Joyce and Nathanael. Thankfully we had switched from the evening to the morning, as later on in the afternoon the clouds and rain had started to come down. Starting off at the rose gardens, we made our way along to the entrance of Stanley Park, where the cherry blossoms, were in full bloom making it the perfect spot. Our next stop was Brockton Point Lighthouse, and along the Seawall for a different look. These two made everything so easy. Their laughter and smiles throughout the whole shoot with Nathanael’s humour.
Evident early on in our consultation was how important God was to them. I found it inspiring to see these two play such an incremental part in their church. As this two prep for their wedding in October at Westwood Plateau, I’m excited to end my wedding season with such a joyful couple!
