What a great way to start July with a proposal! Quarantine has stopped a lot of things, but as you may have seen #loveisnotcancelled. Kameron messaged me in late March and has been planning this for quite some time. Just right after Canada Day, Kameron gathered their group of friends for his Granville Island proposal.
Just shortly before the sunset, the group gathered right in front of Bridges restaurant, sheltering themselves from the rain while Jenny and her friends were at dinner at Sandbar. I took a look at the ring, and the rose gold and diamond looked absolutely perfect! I always love simplicity. On any given summer day, Granville Island would be packed. However, with the weather and COVID, we had the whole pier to ourselves. After dinner, Jenny’s friend escorted her to the spot where Kameron surprised Jenny.
With music playing in the background, both were filled with so much emotion! Tears from both as Kameron said a few words and their dog Molly joining in the festivities. Thanks for having me out to capture this special day for you both!
