2019, was when first talked. It took almost two years later before this day finally happened. And when it did, it was such a special day for Christina and Richard who celebrated their Hart House and Deer Lake wedding. These two who have had to postpone and endure the pandemic finally got the day to celebrate. When their plans finally came to fruition, it was such a beautiful and joyous day. Leading up to Christina and Richard’s wedding, there was only a handful of big weddings, so jumping back to a full day for their Hart House and Deer Lake wedding with more than 50 people was exciting.
It was almost a forgotten feeling, how fast pace the morning goes. Once the bridesmaids came over, everything got a bit more lively and the atmosphere in the room picked up! The girls popped a bottle of bubbly while the guys cracked a few beers before getting ready for the day to come. Some of my favorite photos from getting ready to detail shots took place from this wedding. As Christina’s mom walked her down with her dress, the light hit so perfectly!
Christina and Richard opted for two ceremonies! An intimate church ceremony with family and thankfully the weather was perfect for their outdoor Hart House ceremony as well with friends. It was so evident how important family and friends were to these two. The smiles, laughter, and celebration made the two-year wait worth it.
