It was supposed to be their wedding day after months of uncertainty. After multiple setbacks and restrictions due to COVID, Rica and Kenneth still found a way to celebrate what was supposed to be their wedding day with friends and family. Bundled up in the frigid December weather these two opted for Grouse Mountain and Cleveland Dam engagement photos! It was almost 5 years ago when these two first met at a BBQ and a friend’s place. However, these two didn’t talk much during that encounter. It was later a wedding at the Pinnacle Hotel when Rica pulled Kenneth to the dance floor and finally had their first interactions. Not before long, after the dancing stopped, these two talked for hours before Kenneth asked for her number.
One of the things I love most about these two is that they’re huge foodies! It was nice finally catching up with these two since our initial consultation in January. Probably my last in-person wedding consultation which I absolutely miss right now. As we got to the top of Grouse, the sun came out just in time. Glowing right through the trees made for just the perfect light. Along with the snow, the setting couldn’t be any better. A lot of runs was had our hour up at Grouse before making our way down to Cleveland Dam for more photos! These two spots are absolutely perfect! Their joy and laughter can be felt in these photos. Congrats to these two and can’t wait for your wedding in 2021!
