Earlier in the year, I captured Ivan and Bella’s Whytecliff proposal. When they asked me to document their Beverley Lake Whistler wedding I was thrilled! The helicopter ride, great mountain views, what more could you ask for?
For an August wedding, you would’ve thought for sure the weather was going to cooperate, but living in Vancouver you should also know that the weather changes drastically. Having not rained for almost 2 months, this particular Friday was the first time it rained that threw a wrench into our plans. However, the team at Blackcomb Helicopters were amazing and got us flying. Even before arriving at our final destination at Beverley Lake, the views were spectacular.
This intimate Whistler wedding was absolutely breathtaking. With COVID restrictions still in place, these two picked a special place to celebrate. Right after the ceremony we utilized the space and got some great portraits before heading back to another new location I’ve never shot at before at Ambleside. They brought along one of their newest family members, Pika along for the shoot. Thank you so much for having me at your wedding Ivan and Bella! Such a beautiful celebration and thank you for the kind words!
” Justin was amazing in his responsiveness, advices, and coordination to my engagement photography session. Justin was very helpful in planning the event and both me and my fiance were very happy about the photos that came out from the shoot. Would recommend Justin to anyone that is interested in having a engagement, wedding, and event photoshoot.”
If you’re looking for a Vancouver Wedding photographer looking to get your intimate wedding documented at Beverley Lake, Ipsoot Icefield, or Rainbow Mountain, please let me know! I’d love to document your wedding!
