Best Vancouver Engagement Photos from 2018

With 2018 wrapping up, it’s my time of year I get to reflect on the best Vancouver engagement photos of 2018! Engagement photos are a time for the couple to have a casual relaxed and fun shoot. It gets me to know the couple a bit more, and for them to know me and my shooting style. My philosophy is that once you both have fun, everything becomes easier, especially with those hands that can sometimes get awkward.

The biggest surprise of 2018, was easily my Iceland trip where I was able to capture my friends proposal. Of course we couldn’t just capture the proposal without some engagement photos following the festivities. The blue ice caves, and landscapes simply breathtaking. Definitely worth checking out for those who haven’t visited Iceland!

For locations, Sea to Sky continues to be a popular location, with Manning Park, being a new spot that I absolutely loved! In addition another new place I loved was Oliver Landing by Furry Creek for Audrie and Fong’s engagement photos. The blue and warm tone skies, made for one of my favourite photos! Kassandra and Jeff’s Capilano Suspension Bridge engagement photos. These two were visiting from Florida. Looking for something Pacific Northwest, this location couldn’t have been a better choice.
