With 2018 wrapping up, it’s my time of year I get to reflect on best Vancouver wedding photos of 2018! Westwood Plateau without a doubt was the most popular spot with three weddings this year. In addition, the Pinnacle Harbourfront hotel was another popular choice, with two weddings. Of course with each new year, comes new opportunities. One of the new opportunities, was Jenny and Razvan’s wedding, at the Golden Eagle Golf course where they got a chance to take a SKY helicopter ride up to Pidgin Lake. The weather was one of the worse this year. With that said, their love for each other, showed in the photos. A unique location as well as the Falls Golf Club, the sister property of Golden Eagle golf course. Mimi and Ted’s wedding was held in a mini tent there, with almost everything DIY.
Speaking of DIY, the first wedding of the year with Elaine and David, was an under the sea theme organized by Elle Weddings doing a fantastic job of planning and coordinating the day. Elaine and David’s was just the beginning for that weekend! The day after Hui and Mike tied the knot over at Westwood Plateau! Hectic but a great weekend to start the season!
August and October, ended up being two of the busiest months! Who would’ve guessed that the best weather came in October? Only in Vancouver, I suppose. If I were to go into detail about everything I saw this past season, the stories would be endless! Check out each individual blog posts, for more in-depth stories and highlights!
Without further ado, my best 2018 Vancouver wedding photos! To all the planners, venues, florist, decor, photo booth vendors, thank you for making my life so easy and enjoyable! Last but not least, a HUGE THANK YOU to all the couples I get to work with, allowing me to capture your unique story. It is something I never take for granted! Wishing everyone a happy 2019!
How AMAZING does Elaine look in her wedding dress! What a way to start the wedding season at Mayfair Lakes Golf Course!
First looks are so GREAT! The emotions are so PRICELESS!
Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront wedding with Kate and Brad!
I’m huge into simple, timeless, classic photos. Of course, throughout the day, you’ll get some more creative shots, but especially during the getting ready part of the day, I keep it simple.
Did I mention how much I like “first looks”? In case you want to see the bride for the first time when she walks down the aisle, you can do a modified first look where you just talk to each other before the day starts.
Add 4 legged friends into photos!
